This type of service is done remotely , it cost less than a on-site call and can be performed on any computer that is conneced to a working internet connection for routine clean ups, but a severly infected pc will most likely need on-site service .

Step 1.

 

Firefox Users Click "Remote Service Tool" click "Save File" After download completes, Double Click remote.exe Click Ok. Click Run. In the middle of the box that pops up. Put in password as directed over phone.	Internet Explorer Click "Remote Services Tool" Users Click "Run" * You may have to click antoher "Run" button again.
